Who has the minutes from our last meeting I need dates for our BarbQ just talked with SoCal Stangs and San Diego Stangs and they are all down. We need to get posts and flyers going for this..

I recommend in August this year......I got a family member coming in then that would love to go up there for a ride.....

Gibs we are going to be taking baby steps this year.. We have alot scheduled.. We have to plan for the Next Mustangs VS the World II and our Interclub BarBQ and others.. We might be able to squezzzzz it in..

It isnt a big event though......JUST WICKEDSTANGS MEMBERS LIKE LAST YEARS.......

That way it is a small group.

I will even plan it and draw up the route and stuff.......

Or we could do a sunrise run into Julian for lunch then back on 79......

My little event of a drive together isnt a big deal....just a saturday drive with lunch.

Combine the BBQ with an impromptu car show. Going to have enough stangs there to make a show out of it. Use the leftover trophies from Mustang v. World I, just change the plaque. We have quite a few to make a few categories out of it, or just award, People's choice, first, second, and third.

Hey let me know whats going on? I was hopeing that we could do the car show while Eric was still here, so that it could also be kind of a going away thing. So if we do it in July he wont be here. Still don't exactly know when he is leaving though. So I thought the 20th. And what is this interclub BBQ thing on the 14th?

The interclub BBQ was bought up at the last board meeting. Planning on doing it on the 14th down at Mission Beach area. There's several area with big parking lots and grassy area for BBQ. Especially across from the roller coaster, there's couple of big lots there. The plan is to invite SD Mustang, SoCal Stangs, Mustang Nations.

My proposal is to combine the BBQ with a Car Show, since we will have plenty of Mustangs there and will be in the same lot. Why not kill 2 birds with one stone. Use the left over trophies from Mustang V. World, just change the plaque and award 1st, 2nd, 3rd for People's choice. This way Eric will be there, too. Just need to get Emilio's feeling for this.

ok, I also talked to Emilio about inviting SVT.

I think what we will need to do is ask each club to send representatives to wherever we will have the BBQ early and park some cars there so we can save spots for the other cars. If we can get each club to get 5 cars there early, say 20 cars (4 clubs) we can save about 60 spaces with 3 spaces between each cars. Without needing to find cones or anything and the city can't say we are holding an event w/o a permit. The thing is, I don't think we can charge for food, that will require a food permit, but donation is acceptable, I believe.
