Well I installed my Roll-bar today. All in all it wasn't that bad of an install. I will say that the fit of it was awesome. Everything went right where it was supposed to go without modification! I got all of my holes drilled and got it all hard mounted. Now I have to remove it for paint and welding. The rear bars bolt to the main hoop for fitting purposes, but must be welded to meet NHRA & IHRA requirments, so after all is bolted in you leave them bolted to the main hoop and pull it out like that and take it to be welded.

After the rear bars are welded to the main hoop I will have it painted and reinstall it. Working by myself it took about 4 hours. Keep in mind I already had all of my interior out of the car. Here are some pics of it.

I have a question orange. This may sound dumb but here it goes. Well other than maybe not wanting to drive the car why cant you get it welded in now why its in car instead of taking it a part ect

Because it has to come out anyway for paint. I didn't want to have it painted and then jack up the paint installing it. This is actually how it is intended to be done.

Looks awesome Bobby. I know what you mean by having to take everything out for such a simple install. But once it's in, you'll love it!!!!

Well guys not too bad. Dropped it off at work on Monday and got it back today and installed it. I did end up having to modify a couple things, but nothing major. The hardest part was installing the plastic panels in the rear quarters. After that went in everything else was a piece of cake.

I would recommend this product to anyone looking at getting a roll-bar. Here are the pics. I was able to start putting my interior back together which was also nice.
