I'm planning on doing it at the 50th anniversary one (2014). Hopefully with a 50th anniversary edition of the mustang. But may also plan on going next year.

I hope I can go next year, sounds fun, but I graduate on the 10th so I don't think I can make it.

Yeah, I contemplated on going. But I'm going on a cruise in October and the car is not ready to go cross country at this time. Maybe next year, but definitely planning on going on the 50th anniversary one.

Yeah, I have a few concerns that I'll have to deal with, too. First, 4.56's... second, the cams install... lastly, how will the new Nittos handle the miles? Oh well, ya only live once, I guess. I am trying not to worry about stuff that hasn't happened yet... one of my many faults... LOL

I love to drive on open road like they do on the cruise. I almost sent in the app. for this year's but thought better of it. I even went out and bought a CB radio and antenna anticipating on going.

Exactly where I was thinking of going. However, there is a big, honkin' truck stop right across the Interstate from where I work, and they have a ton of CB's, antennae and the like. They have a Subway, too... LOL. Not like I'm a trucker or lot lizard or something... LOL

That's one thing I found when I drove through Michigan and Ohio and all those midwest states are the huge truck stops. I think some even have sleeping/shower facility for the drivers. And they are clean!!! LOL!
