Yes, the 351w will fit. You will have to swap your headers, oil pan, distributor, fuel rails, and buy 351 power steering and A/C conversion brackets. Other than that there is nothing to it.

Danny, I was thinking pf that car for my son. He'll be driving in less than 6 months and figured it can be a nice "bumper car" to start off with. I have a 351 I can squeeze in there. I'll be in LA area tomorrow an I'm gonna check it out. I'll post here what I find.....
