I'll tell you what, and I'll bet it still true....We had the best chow halls in all the services, at least in Germany. Army and MArine guys came from THEIR bases to eat at ours!
But I suppose submarine chow is really good too, from what I'm told.

you know what the flight line had the best place to eat the flight kitchen. except in San Angelo Texas at Good Fellow AFB there chow halls were incredible
oh ill def agree with you on the show halls and the barracks im a army brat but traveled every where when i was a kid i grew in germany 14 years

air force = civilians w/ uniforms. yes you have the best chow, best bases, best barracks, best everything. doesnt mean your fighting men!

like i said before we are the smart ones enlisted dont go to battle we send our officers in shiny aircraft to go blow things up so that way you groud pounders can go in nd not have to worry about aerial attacks. Because everyone is afraid of the USAF
