This was an oversight when the passed the cell phone while driving ban. They forgot to include texting. So....now they fixed the law.

i think it's funny how these politicians get paid all this money and they some how fogot to add the no texting in to the first cell phone law...

I think texting and driving is worse than talking and driving......
Thank's Emilio but with this new phone it's hard to text while driving cause I have to hold the phone with both hands.. but I do steer with my knees...lol
