Even though people testified that the items he was trying to retrieve REALLY WERE his property, it's against the law to "self help". You can't go into someone else's house and take something, even if it is yours. You call the police to help you.
Going into someone else's hotel room to "take back" your own stuff is the same thing.
Guilty is the only verdict the jury could have come back with based on Nevada law. And it's pretty much the same everywhere else.
Yes I heard that.....wonder if they planned that this way? To make the best day of his life . the worst day of his life......
I actually think he will do better in prison than on the outside.....he had no skills besides being a celebrity and such....That was all gone after the first trial. They even sold his Hiesman trophy and ****. He lost everything to stay out of prison......after that he had nothing to fall back on because he had no other skills. So he turned to a poor mans life....obviously he failed at that too. So in prison he has no worries except the things they do to noobs.......Even then he is old now and probably wont be messed with too bad.
At least he will be safe from himself in there...meaning he cant really **** up much worse than where he is so anything else he does will just keep him there longer....he will die in prison most likely. Hope he enjoyed the great life he had and I hope it was all worth it.
Nice role model for kids dreaming of being a football player huh?
