What they need to do when the catch him take him out to Arizona strip him naked cut some leather strips and soak them in water. Then tie him really tight to a Saguaro catus with the soaked leather straps and before you leave this piece of **** use a lot of honey and pour over his naked body and nature will take it from there. This will save the tax payers money in the court system

Seriously, for those of you with kids, teach them self defense. I teach at a martial arts studio in Encinitas and we have classes that cover this very topic. Tell your kids if anyone touches them to be RUDE. 1) soccer style kick to the chin, 2) two or three open palm strikes to the nose while YELLING "leave me alone!!" 3) turn and run, find mom, dad or TRUSTED adult and tell them to look for the guy with the bloody nose and limp. These people need to be stopped, the violence only escalates until a child is never seen again.
