Post the pics of your setup. Let me find the pics of the setup I had in my escort before my screen broke...

Edit: Here - http://softmodfiles.net/images/oldcar/ The deck was free from my older brother. He's a tow truck driver in vegas, and got it off a totalled car that went into county impound and sat for 30 days.

I just have the stock shaker 500 for right now. I rather have more power to the wheels then to speakers. I will eventually get a good system.

I like the deck Xodus, but I dont think one of those would fit in my car.... due to the deck being below the ac controls etc.

I have the stock Shaker 500 6 disc but I want the same stereo as I have in my Lightning. It's a Sony GT420U single disc mp3 but has an aux input and a usb port for you flash drive. Then I'll add my own home built sub box and an amp.

Yes guys, not only say what you have, post PICS as well :D I was really planning on making my car sound nice, but then I lost the job at Target, and am now waiting on a response from a security company... So I'm just sitting with 140 in the bank right now... I have an old alpine deck I think I'm going to throw in the escort for my little brother. It was in there before the screen.

I would take pictures but my car isn't here... Pioneer DEH-P600UB head unit (controls my iPod from the unit), 900 watt Rockford Fosgate amplifier, and two 12'' JL Audio W3's in a sealed box firing upwards b/c of the stock Mach 460 amp tray thats in the trunk won't allow the sub box to stand up rite. Sounds awesome!!! In high school I took a audio course, the set up means WAY MORE than what you buy, you can spend 5K on a sound system, have some knuckle head hook it up like s*** and it will sound like s***!!!

If it sounds good, thats all that matters!! I keep my amp cranked down, I listen to a lot of heavy rock, so don't need a whole lot of bass power. I just love the clarity of the bass and vocals. My subs control all the bass and the rest of the speakers control the vocals.

The Cobra has two 10" Titanium Phoenix Gold subs with a Memphis amp and Probox. My Caddy has a huge Eclipse amp running two 12" 1000rms audiobahns, and the Saleen has two Competition Phoenix Gold subs with a Zeus Hifonics amp. Gonna do alot more with the Saleen when I get off this 8 month deployment in January. -Shane
