reputable shops around fresno

looking for some reputable shops around fresno. not that i need anything done but if i do i would like to go to the right people. i have big plans and a small pocket book haha.

two shops that i know of, xtreme modern mustang / diesel and fresno performance.

at extreme, talk to steve cook... at fresno performance, talk to nate.

i've personally had my rear gears changed to 4.10's by steve when i had my sixer (never had a problem after install). foxman had his mach worked on at xtreme too. so you can ask him about his experiences with the shop.

i've had a dyno day at fresno performance, but my results were incomplete. so, i cannot really give any reviews on service there.

Fresno Performance, one of the guys in our chapter has his cobra there right now, and Nate has pretty much the sickest cobra in the valley, if you wanna cruise up there with a couple of us sometime to check it out let me know.... and about what you wrote "big plans and a small pocket book" thats me also, and i do 99% of my work myself. Most of us here are very knowledgeable about the mechanics on fords and are always here to help

me too. ive put every mod onto my car myself... untill i blew the rear end and tranny. that stuff i couldent do myself and i dident want to tackle the rear end again. took me and my friend 26 hours to put it in. but everyone needs help once and awhile ha.

26 hours?!?!?!?!?! damn man, and a tranny is simple, just need a jack or an extra set of hands to hold it up, ever need help don't be afraid to ask one of us

yeah, it seemed like putting joe's blower on was 90% bull**** and 10% work... well, foxman wouldn't agree... i think he had it 50-50 or 60-40.... but that thing fired right up. :rock:

haha well before i go buying a supercharger i needa do something with the engine. its gonna be expencive i know i dont even want to think about it

a lot cheaper than my build..... i was gunna do the same with my 6 but sold it, good news is that once you have all the parts we can get it apart and back together in a weekend!!!!
