So I just got off the phone with FedEx and the company I ordered my exhaust from... I ordered it last Sunday it shipped from FL on Monday and left GA on the 2nd with expected delivery date of the 5th. Well the 5th rolls around and tracking still said it left GA however the expected delivery date disappeared, ok maybe their tracking system is having problems then I got to thinking someone jacked the package or it was lost so I called FedEx yesterday and they opened a trace ticket and I'd recieve a call in 24 hours so I call them back today and it turns out the truck that had my package on it caught fire and everything on it was destroyed. I feel bad for the people that had things on the truck that were probably more important than my exhaust.

I'm a truck driver, when something like this happens, as with all accidents etc. , there's insurance to cover it. As long as you have the tracking# and receipt, or something to verify they were shipping it, you'll be covered.

Thats to bad..... Discount? I know the carrier will pay for it to be replaced, but seeing how it is an exhaust, it just may need a new coating from fire damage. Tell the shipper, they control the situation. You might get it for next to nothing. I mean, what are they going to do with it, not much if it looks bad? It will end up in some auction. Somthing to consider

New exhaust is on the way, got a shipping confirmation this morning. Hopefully this truck doesnt go down like the last one.
