I think the Thursday prior to the next weekend is best. That gives us a week to clear up any concerns or clariy ideas prior to the actual meeting.

Thursday and Friday will be bad for me since I don't get off until 6pm and it'll take me an hour to get into town. If the meeting is held after 7pm, I can make it, maybe a little late depending on location.

yes it can be any day before the actual meeting... I talked to JBA and am trying to move our meeting but it is being a pain other clubs have the day before and after.. Only thing they have is the second Monday or First Friday Which is not good..

I think that is for future board meetings. But you're right, there's no choice for a Sunday for the first meeting. But I believe that could be because of Red's BBQ this Sunday.
Hey, an idea. Could we have the meeting at Red's this Sunday. I think we're all there accept for CWO.
