SLP line lok

After my crappy night at barona on friday i decided the car would benefit from some better burnouts at the track, i picked up a SLP line lok for 151.00 shipped from summit which it took less then 48 hrs to get here (fast ass shipping)... well i took most of the day to install my line lok, she is about 90% complete right now (need to bleed the brakes), the toughest part is getting your hands in to the space between the fender and the engine to loosen the line nuts, after that all you need to do is put the line lok togethor and put it in to mock it up so you can drill two holes in the fender, after that you get the holes drilled put the bolts in, tighten up the solenoid and tighten down the nuts on the line, next was the wiring, simply drilled a hole in the center consol and routed the wiring under the dash and hooked the switch to the solenoid and that's it.... last thing is to bleed the brakes. here are some pics....

yeah it's not as technical as you may think it is, it's just a pain in the ass with the brake lines. I would like to get a hold of a shifter ball with a push button on it so i can dont have to take my hand off the shifter, thats why i put my close to the shifter.

i bled the master and all the brakes in order with the tech manual, i had the wife doing the brake pumping and i did the bleeding and after i did them it still had a spungy feel and the pedal still went all the way to the floor, i did each brake at least 4-5 times until there were no more bubbles, i guess i'm gonna have to bleed them tomorrow again, unless you guys know something that i dont know.... oh well, on a side note, i tried the line lok out and it seem to work good even with brakes being up to par....

well i guess im gonna have to do some research to find out how to cure the spungy pedal.... the t hendle i think is great for Drag racing, gives a 'sure handle' on things....

I bled the brakes on my wifes 04GT with a pressure bleeder and her pedal still isn't right. I'm thinking it may have something to do with the ABS. I would try to bleed it a few more times before anything else.

I believe you just need to disconnect the ABS... and turn the key to the on position.. that way your bleeding manual brakes...
