1. You can use a lift but this can be done at home in driveway with hand tools. Raise the car to proper height to get under car. (secure car with jack stands)

2. Start by removing splash guard it attaches to the bumper and rad. support using 7 screws. ( you will need 5.5 mm/ 7 mm socket)

3. remove the sway bar mounting bracket from support by takeing out 2 15mm bolts on each side. TIP: zip tie sway bar out of way it made it much easier for me.

4. Take off all aux attachments to supprt. Most are held with clips. There is one screw on top that holds the a/c line its a 7 mm.

5. put 2 jack stands or a jack under support so that it dont fall lol

6. Take out the 4 17mm bolts out of factory support and lower it down out of way. ( be carefull you might have missed something attached.

7. Transfer the 2 bushings from factory support to steeda.

REPEAT PROCESS IN REVERSE*

Once everything is back in place you need to tq the sway bar to 52lbs pounds and the support to 85lbs reattach splash guard with 4 srews in front. * since you are using the steeda bar now you need to run a couple zip ties to secure rear of splash guard and anything hanging low or out of place.

I am going to go back in when I change my oil in couple days and retighten everything as well as pull the lower pully to seal up my leak. Hope this was helpfull any questions just ask.

Stock Radiater support: 23.5 lbs
Steeda radiater support 5.5 lbs

weight saved 18 lbs

I need to go read tech articel on 12's or bust to see how they shed the 48lbs
Maybe they shed some more lbs elsewhere.

This was a easy install guys. Just hand tools. 18 lbs is quite a bit of weight for removing 7 screws and 8 nuts. I just wanted to give you acurate info though on weight so I used our digital bathroom scale. :)

BMR Fabrication Front Antiroll Bar Eliminator/Tubular Lower Radiator Support
Next up was the front antiroll bar eliminator/tubular radiator support from BMR Fabrication. We didn't think it would help weight transfer; as you can see in some of the accompanying photos, as the front struts seemed to be at full extension at the launch before the BMR kit. The antiroll bar usually limits the travel of the front end, but that was not apparent in our test Mustangs. The bar eliminator/tubular lower radiator support kit removed unnecessary weight off the nose of the car. In side-by-side comparison, the factory front bar tipped the scales at 32 pounds, while the BMR kit was a scant 8. We removed 24 pounds off the front in roughly 37 minutes. All swaps were made in the staging lanes (during a private track rental) and can easily be done in your driveway.

This was what got me to buy the steeda support. Stang Suspension didnt carry BMR.
