Supercharger???

Hey guys whats going on? Well heres the thing i know i wanna get a supercharger once i get back from westpac, but which supercharger would be best for my 07 v6 mustang 4.0 liter. Theres not really awhole lot out there. But out of the 2 ive seen the vortech or the x-charger. The vortech says it pushes the the hp up to 290 and the x-charger pushes it up to 350. Me im leaining more towards the x-charger. But you guys know alot more about mustangs than me so i would like your advice. Thanks also heres the link for the x-charger.

the x charger would be cool because its a roots blower, there is also procharger, and it comes with and intercooler.

Yeah im leaning more toward the x-charger. So you think its a good choice and will be good for my car. Also im not trying to blow the engine and have alot a problems yah know what i mean

dude roots style blowers or your wasting your time. they cost more for a reason.

the new kits from procharger are nice. Hell i love my procharger, and its an old kit for my mach one....what a pita it was to install, but from what i have herd, they have gotten better with there kits and install is alot better!

Or you can go with the 2.6 so you dont have to upgrade internals.....


If you go Whipple and have Ford install it. It will not void your engine warranty anymore. They are now covered.

i would say kennebell also, but they dont have a blower for the 6 yet, so i say xcharger

have oyu thought about turbo's? they work real well with v'6.

kenne bell or wasting time. but i dont think they have a 6 kit yet. and either way teh 2.1 is rated up to like 650hp. unless your building a boost crazy car you dont need the 2.6 or 2.8h.
