yeah, starting bids are nothing. you could start the bid at $1, but have a reserve at $32,000... it's just something to catch people's eyes so they do bid.

there's a reserve on the ad. that means he ain't sellin' it for under what the reserve is. a whippled terminator for under 20 grand? come on now... only way i can see that is if you get the rolling chassis with a grenaded motor and rear end... maybe not even that.
