the title says it all.

jsut pulled out today. i got to go out one day and man was that place awesome. i spent 80 dollars all day and got a **** load of stuff. a thai massage (no happy ending, but a real massage) and ate a **** load of good food. all for 80 bucks...

ever been to thailand......you also have to watch out for the catoys(sp?) also known as chicks with d***s, and the abundance of STD's. if you ever go...be careful

nope, never... i'm filipino and been to the philippines a number of times though. and yes, i know about the chicks with ****s / rempant std's... cousins warned me bout that there. if i ever go to thailand, i'll be smarter than what i sound like on the forums. :rofl:

I was in Hong Kong in 2006.....that is one of my favorite places overseas.....wow that place is crazy busy all day and night! make sure you go across the water to the flea market thing that is over there....just street after street of shops and stuff.....great time in the clubs too!. Liberty boats are kind of a rough ride there though...the harbor is all kinds of turbulent. Your big ship may not get hit as much as we did by the waves but it is quite choppy for the liberty boats....lots of drunks end up puking because of it.

If the wife wants a new video or digital camera, that is the place to get it....dont buy clothes without trying them on first...I bought an XL pair of shorts at the mall there(IT HAS STARBUCKS IN IT TOO) and they were like an american Medium. They fit like Under Armour does...LOL I am small and barely fit me. Anyway enjoy hong kong. Get your kids a shirt from Disney there....

eating is cheap in Hong Kong. The other stuff, it depends on what you need. Also, if you are going to buy electronics, make sure they work on our system, 110v. Hong Kong runs on 220v currents. There is some nice and cheap electronics there and some you can't buy here. Just make sure they work on our electronic system or buy a converter so that it does work when you get home.

Oh, if you want a suit custom made, there are quite a few there and they do it cheap and good quality. Most can do it with a one day turnaround. They can make any manufactureres' design.
