Turbo joe lost to a mild modded Camaro LS1???

is this true... was out talking to some guys yesterday.. and this big FAT guy said he killed Turbo joes 04 Cobra buy 6 to 8 car lengths!!!!! now guys, this is a ls1, with headers, auto trans and a 3 to 400 pound guy driving it! Also i know of the camaro having gears as well.....

I need to know the truth of this.... Want to get this story strait!

I hear turbo joe had nitrous.....

turbo joe has 500hp to the wheels....I dont think that camaro has anywhere near that... I have seen this camaro many times at the track and has never broke the 12's

did anyone think about traction. my little beater beat a 500hp 427 stroker the other day to 90mph. keep in mind he was 5-6 lengths back completely sideways in the third lane with about 100 yards of white smoke behind him. tracton helps

camaro has go 12.9's at the track

Turbo said he has gone 11.22 at 124 mph... with no traction.... do the math

not trying to be an ass, but i want to hear from ethier goingbyebye or some one that saw this race

by the way nice numbers beejay... I have seen those same numbers on a motors pass of the motor i want to build... on the bottle it made 458hp and 580 TQ

that is very true, my car has twenties on it and weighs it down like crazy, but ive beaten more than my share of cars due to them peeling out to much or not shifting right, just the other day i beat a mercedies clk, when i hit 2nd gear it was all over, and theyres been time where i dont even need to take off fast because the other person is too busy peeling out going nowhere fast.

Pauls camero is 1st off not a Z28. IT Is a SS SLP in desguise. plus i know it has massive bolt ons gears and other things as well that i cant prove like NX. It wasnt him driving the car it was his wife. Joe was not using the bottle because he doesnt even have the damn thing hooked up. Anyways Joe was spinning the tires through 3rd gear even with the M/T slicks on there plus the fact that it was a shitty ass road. Pauls wife jumped on two of the races and joe spun on all the rest. Paul claims that the Camero only has about 300 hp but we all know that 300 hp cars dont beat 500 hp TERMINATORS!!!!!!!! and to prove my point i raced joe in my cobra. it weighs less than the camero and if what paul is saying is true i also make more power. So we raced. i beat him off of the line for about the first 50 to 60 feet then when he finally got traction by the time i was in 3rd gear he was about 10 lengths on me. once again 300 hp cars dont beat 500 hp cars. he gave me a head start and still beat me in the 1/8th mile.

I beat Paul in the mach with him on the bottle.. he had no traction.... I cant see how that cobra doesn't hook on M/T's but at least its a traction problem loss I guess.... I dont see how he couldnt have peddled it and beat him... he has no really power adders so he isn;t making more then 370 to the wheels in that camaro.. he took the nitrous kit off because the camaro needs a dry nitrous not wet when spraying in the throttle body.. and it was only a 75 shot then

Traction is a big issue. I dropped a full second in the 8th at qual com by putting on my new BFGs I ran a 8.4 last time and did not air down

pual talks out his ass..... I have known that fat ass since high school... this guy started off with a hydraulic mazda pick up!... was never in to street racing like i have been.... thats way I asked... I would have never thought he would have or his wife would have ever had a chance against Joe's 500whp COBRA! All he should have had to do is drive away like he was leaving a stop light...

but I guess it was the road that they were both on??? Just asked phil i hooked up damn near the same way no matter what road i was on!

yeah i dont know what the deal is. i should be making more power than that camero and i know that i weigh less and joe has no problem beating me. well not off of the line but in the long run. and he cant seem to catch that damn camero
