hay all, i installed my blower but i really dont know where all the vacume lines go!!! if any one has some experience with these lines it would be great!!! really i know where all the stock lines go for teh most part but i have one line coming from the bypass valve that has a t fitting in it!!! im thinking it should go to the fuel reg, and the boost gauge. but i dont want to put it in the wrong spot and jack up the fuel delivery!!! so what vacume line should i connect the fuel reg to aswell!!!??? any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

hey, first off you should ask how to spell vacuum, j/k. i am not familiar with the new mod motors that much, but vacuum is vaccuum. i believe its constant regardless of where in the system. just make sure everything is pluged up. if i am way off someone please correct me

I would have to see it man. I am so sorry I can not help you out. Those lines should go to something though. Vacuum lines are very hard to diagnose unless your there so mail me your car to Japan and I will fix it and send it back around Sept lol.

well i have a general idea of where things go, i mean the hoses are all diff sizes and they only relaly plug in one place, but seeing as how the regulator is also new, its hard to say what line the regulator should plug into!!! and then i have the bypass valve with its two fittings!!! those are the only ones that i need help with!!! so where in the set up should the regulator get its air from??? im thinking that it wouldnt make too much sence to get that air from the bypass valve, because it would be jacked as soon as the valve opens!!! so i could plug it into one of two spots, right behind the tb or right behind the the intake manifold!!!! both of these sound like lagitimate places to hook up for fuel controle!!! then i have this extra line coming from my bypass that i got to figure out!!! but like i said im not 100% ill try to get my wife to post up some pics for me so yall can get an idea.

no bought it in peices!!!
and ive never actually seen any bypass valves with a vacuum line off of them, howeve fox, this could easily be solved i think,,,,, so fuel controle should be made with pre tb air or post tb air???? i think it would make sence because reguardless of where the tb butterfly is there is gonna be air moving up to the tb, thus introducing more fuel so it would be rich as hell at idle and lean as hell at wot, but if i used post tb air it would meter based on how much air is in the mani itself witch would be less at idle and much more at wot giving me the correct fuel meter!!! this is just my thought what do yall think!!!???

yup you would be correct my good sir!!!! i just got off the phone with both vortech and prochargr, and they both said the same thing, the fuel controle line and the bypass signal line both are main maanifold vacume lines, the signal line has to remain a 4 an size line and the resta re just small signal lines

botta ming botta boom!!!! let this be a lesson for all, post tb vacume is post tb vacume is post tb vacume!!!! plug thos damn things in and get on the road!!!! unless of course your peice of equipment, like my bypass valve is specific on how it needs to be plugged in!!! then no matter how much it hurts refer to your owners manual or your local tech line!!!
