Vice President -

Vice President: In the absence of the President, the Vice President shall perform the duties of the
President and shall have all the powers and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President.
The Vice President shall also be responsible, in the absence of the Secretary or Treasurer, to
perform the duties of the Secretary or Treasurer and shall have all the powers and be subject to all
the restrictions upon the Secretary or Treasurer. The term of this office shall be one (1) year.
The VP shall have one(1) vote at board meetings.

Although it is an honor to be nominated and I know cwo will win this hands down, it is to my humble regret that I would not be willing to accept such a position.

I do not have enough to offer as a whole. I am super busy with work and school. My time off has to be spent at least 50/50 with club and family. Also with my car being setup the way it is I don't do cruises or any other event for that matter with my car unless it involves racing.

It's not that the car is incapable of being street driven it just wouldn't be worth it to get pulled over if you know what I mean.
