What PSI in my tires?!

i was wondering today what is a good PSI to have in my front and rear tires. i know this sounds kind of newbish but they seem not full enough to me.

PS does anyone know where i can get nitrogen for my front tires? my dad has it done in germany to his m3, s4, and rs4 says the pressure hardly changes with it in there. :bo:

know anyone in the air wing? we have nan carts that ive seen a bunch of guys use for their tires.
