We need to have a meeting to set up a date. It will have to be after May, I'm thinking July would be a good month.

Ok, if we are going to do it in June, then need to start planning and getting the word out.
Need to check Admiral Baker's for availability. Believe it has to be an active military or retiree to do the rental since its a military establishment? Correct me if I'm wrong on this.

2nd or 3rd Saturday of June would be the 13th or 20th. This would give us about 2 months before the event to get everything planned.

Here is the info for Admiral Baker...

Hey I don't have any access to the site. None.
I just wanted to let you know that I talked to Panama at Admiral Baker. And he said that we could have the two cabanas for $100, and each car is still $10. He gave BJ the same price because I worked their. The other clubs he charges like $2000.
So right now pretty much all of June is open, except for the 13th. And they are not booking for July yet, so once they do if need be we can do it in July, but Eric won't be here. Just let me know what you want to do. And there is no gate anymore, so "spectators" wont have to pay for parking.
