ok wile im here in fallon with out my stang i result to watching alot of TV and at that the speed chanel. when an add comes up for this product z-max, carroll shelby uses this product and i was wondering if any of us in wicked stangs has used it before. if the way it explained in the add it supposed to penetrate the metal in the motor so it always lubracated and improve gas millage and restore gas millage it just seems to real to be true anyone have input on this ??????

Carroll got paid a lot of money to say what he does.

If it worked as advertised do you think you could find it on the shelves at the price they are selling it for?

Not bashing you, never heard of a additive that actually helped an engine.

I have used the Restore in all my older vehicle for years and I think it works. It definately helped the smoke, oil consumption, and power.

Advertisement says it "soaks into the metal to cause less friction, thus increasing horsepower and engine life"

well I know this is a old thread but thought i would comment on it.. someone said the stuff was cheap... its like 80 for a kit that does fuel oil and trans i think... but you have to relize, you are suppose to use this stuff every oil change... thats not cheap if you ask me..

and carrol shelby claims to use this in ever mustang that he touches.. including the super snakes!
