they are for my dad's 05 V6, he has the stock base 16s and is looking to upgrade

Check your local or closest Craigslist.com, there are always tons of people upgrading and selling their stock wheels, many times brand new take-offs with new tires. I have seen them go as low as $200 on occasion. They're out there, just keep hunting.

I am looking to upgrade to 18" rims and tires. If I find 18" rims and tires, I will could sell you my 17" rims and tires. The tires are BFG KDWs not KDWS and they have less than 10,000 miles on them. I bought them in May for $830.
