Update

Ok- So we bolted everything up and it looks sweeet!!!!! here is what we have left..

Black side skirts.
Reg the car
Radio- Anybody have a stock radio they want to sell All speakers and mach system looks to be there.. just no head unit
Wheels and tires
trac Lock in rear end....

Car will be done soon..

Then I can get back to my project

Progress

So just wanted to post up some of the progress we have done on my Daughters car... Prom set us back on our time table (money and time) but I think we are going to be close with the May deadline we have set for ourselves..

What we need left..
Stock Radio (does anybody have one for a Mach 60 set up)
Put side skirts on.. We are missing the front 2 pieces
Wheels/ She is placing her order this week.... Still undecided
Smog/This one is going to hurt...
Need to get a OEM Fog Light.. The one I have has a broken lense..

We rebuilt the Trac lock together picking up a donor at the Junkyard..
We also have bolted on most of the pieces from the bumpers using OEM fasteners..

Here are a few more pics of the progress... With the mirrors on and the Wing as well....

What do you guys think So Far.... Still under 2k for the budget but the wheels are going to change all that.....

You talking about the wheels it sits on... The cobra like 95-98? It only had 3 when I bought it.... We have the three that need tires... You need'em?

Ok so I picked up a Radio Today and also Ordered the Side skirt Endcaps and the Fog light that was broken...

I have a line on a set of Cobra wheels... My daughter is going to get them till she figures on what she wants... I alos picked up a Plastic Cowl so the car will be done soon.... Once I get it all bolted up then it goes to the detail shop...

Counting the minutes... Im proud of her for doing tons of the work....

Father, Daughter project pics

Ok sorry for the delay but been working quite a bit... Here is the update on my Daughters 2000 GT 4.6 5 speed. Thanks to the Boards and Craigslist its coming out like she wanted. Full Cobra Conversion almost complete... What do you guys think?.. I have to Smog and get that Stupid Loud Bassani X pipe off the car!!!! We have been driving and went for our first cruise... Car ran great.

My Daughter was there helping and Learning as we put this thing together... She also enrolled in Auto Shop her Senior Year to be able to know when Maintenance and such needs to be done.

Now im in search of a another Mustang for a good deal for my Son..... He has the urge to start his project and he keeps eyeballing my foxbodies.....:nonono:
