2005+ GT Twin Turbo Kit $5,995

I have been working with Hahn Racecraft on completing this twin 15G turbo kit for the S-197 Mustang GT. Power output at 7psi is 450rwhp and 470rwtq. This is up from a baseline of 260rwhp and 280rwtq. No other mods were used.

This kit includes two (2) 15G turbos that bolt directly up to the stock exhaust manifolds, and then downpipes that bolt directly to the stock or any aftermarket catback exhaust system. It works with the STOCK fuel pump, and runs Ford Racing 39# fuel injectors. This kit is essentially bolt on. Nice large intercooler, and all charge pipes and hardware included. It also comes with the tuning! This can be installed in 8 hours.

The best part about this kit is that it is so simple that it will be relatively cheap.

The turbos spool to full boost at 2,200rpms, so you don't have to wait all day for boost like on the STS kits.

449.64 RWHP @ 5,900 rpm
470.73 RWTQ @ 4,300 rpm

I care because I would like to keep this car street legal.

I was just kidding HisPony. You have a very nice Bullitt and to the best of my knowledge no vehicle with added twin turbos would be considered smog legal. I could be wrong but that is what I was told !

There are smog legal supercharger kits though.

The twin turbo kit has optional catalytic convertors but is not yet CARB certified.

I should note that I can get any parts for the mustangs. My place is right down the street from Stage 3 Performance and I am friends with them. So if you dream it let me know and I'll go puck it up and get you a discount.

Of course i might want to keep them on the car lmao.

I don't blame you. My 05 GT is the next car to get the kit, I can't wait. I already have nitrous, so I might sell that kit and put it towards the turbos. Or keep the bottle so that when it comes time to show, I can say I have both........ricer's beware!

Modular, I dont care about Smog! I have Mo plates. I like to know how much one would go for as a kit. Right now I am running Nos as well but future plans where going to be a paxton s/c and keping the NOS as well. I am going to get the new C&L intake, some head porting, cams, and forge internals. If I do this and go with a turbo can I up the boost? I was thinking somewhere around 5-600 to ground off the bottle. I was also wondering can I use my same exhaust set up? I have BBK headers, JBA x-pipe, JBA Axcel backs. Thanks for info

PS HOW BIG OF A SHOT U RUNNING? I have a hundred in now with cooler plugs

The x-pipe is replaced with the turbos and stuff. If you have shorty headers then those should still work, long-tubes wont work. And the CAI is gone because the air filters clamp straight on the turbos. The MAF sensor is relocated as a Blow-trough and is about 6-7 inches before the throttle body.
