my problem with those cars is the awd, they launch hard but theres alot more things you can do with rwd and they loose alot of topend speed. my problem with the ricer crowd is the teenager level of matureity and al the bs that comes out of there mouths.
show me the fastest import in ca, and i'll find 10 mustangs in fl, that will wax his @$$.
thx least one stang owner had some common sense and undertstood the point of the thread. didnt have some dumb ass comment or have to state some stat of a stangs around the states.
ricer maturity level? you telling me the mustang crowd isnt bad? burnouts every where? racing everyone everything on the road. minivan kill. stangs are the honda of the muscle they are everywhere
he agrees with your outlook on ricers they are annoying
Good on him for pumping out some HP. But Im not a huge rice fan.. Only rice I would ever even romotely consider buying would be an old RX-7, NSX, or the new GT-R. Thats about it everything else in my opinion is not worth the metal its made of.
the problem i have with people that drive evo's and STI's is they are mostly punk kids that think cuz theyre car has a turbo and runs 14's they are the fastest thing on the street. the cobalt SS drivers are in there too. i dont think i would lump bikes into there because bikes can back it up. i mean, 600+hp in an import is rare, 10 sec 1/4's on a bike is an every day thing.
VP whats you buddy selling his car for? why does he want a notch or a z06?
he is selling it because one STI and EVO parts are expensive as hell two he drove my car around while i was on deployment and decided wow if this V8 had a turbo or two that would be tits plus who doesnt like the ZO6? and notch has always been our fav stang plus they do wheelies easy
roush:
yeah i guess...... dont forget you still have a roush
