Hitech Ford 4.6 / 5.4 2V N/A Stage 2 Camshafts
$599.00
Specs: 234/230 duration, 111 lobe sep, .550/.500 lift

Light chop at idle, great driveability. No piston to valve issues.

Upgraded springs not required, but suggested for operation above 6400 RPM. These cams have often produced 300 RWHP and run 12 second 1/4 miles.

These have a track record of being the fastest "stage 2" cams on the market.

I have been considering cams and wanting to do a set for long time now, these have a pretty good rep from other 2v guys, i have also been told the Cushman makes a really good set of stage 2.5 blower cams... i figuer when i come back i could a set waiting to be installed and ready to go...

I was gonna go with crower stage 2 cams. Decided to go with comp 278's and love them. If you do cams ports your heads too, or you wont see power above 5800 even if your cam says it makes power to 6200. I wish i had ported mine.

i would like to do a port job on the heads too, but am a little unsure of what that would cost me....

New CMS Stage 2.5 blower cams fill that void for the supercharged daily driver warrior. They offer great midrange & up power and have that idle that let's everyone know not to mess with you. Valvespring upgrade required and car must be tuned after cam install for max performance gains.
.536/.540 lift, 228/235 .050 duration, 114 LSA

what does the lobe seperation effect the drivablility or can some explain what i should be looking for when it comes to a street driven mustang and cams... besides the obvious...

This sheet is all motor and on nitrous. You can tell the cams only pull to 5500 and straight line to 5900. Would pull to 6200 if the heads were ported.

I ran a 13.1 with no tune on the car. I'd like to find out what I run now. 7.9 in 1/8th = what time in 1/4? Was runnning 8.6 when i ran 13.1
