go you not wanna just upgrade to an 8.8? You can normally find a stock 8.8 for cheap.

im goin to put an 8.8 one day cuz the lowest i can find is $300 so i was thinkin in doin the t-lok on the 7.5 for now

Ive seen them go as low at 150 with the good diff. Im getting a diff from 02gt for $60. You should be able to find on around that price. And a good house goes for around $100. I wwwould suggest a rebuild kit with new bearings and cover with new fluid If you piece it together unless you can find one in one piece.

just look around on craigslist. Or check out a local junkyard. offer 150 for one. 200 is good price if its all together and works. You dont need the brakes unless you just want it.

I think you can get it from an Explorer or a Lincoln. I think a Ranger also.
