'89 Notch resto thread

This thread is going to be a slow moving one, but here it goes.

Its the notch I got from Infidel.

Goodies:

-5 lug sn95 spindles, ranger drums
-SVT wheels
-HKS adjustables
-welded subframe connectors
-B&M slap shifter (keeping auto for the teen)

First item I bought was 1992 Titanium silver aerosol paint to do the door jams, engine bay and under trunk.

I changed my mind and ordered 2008 Vapor silver as in the Super Snake photo below.

More progress pics coming later.....much later!

and from my 90 SSP Notch build, I have the following take-offs going into this one:

-Cobra GT40 upper intake, need to get lower
-24 lb injectors
-BBK cai with 70mm MAF

and we're off!!!

now that mine is somewhat done, I'm going to start on my kids notch. He turns 16 in December. Hopefully I'll be done by then

This one will be more of a budget build. Lots of junk yard time and solo repair work for this one. No drivetrain builds, only add-ons. Time will be constrained also since I'll be focusing on the new career.

I estimate total rebuild will cost me about $900 including painting it myself. The worst part is going to be putting the interior together.

My brother donated its first mod today:

GT40 lower intake to go with the upper I already have
