96 cobra vs 20?? R6

was on the way home about 1215 and a r6 come onto the highway and pulls up besided to me and waves then points forward so i shift down to third he honked 3 times he pulled for about a car length then when he shifted i pulled ahead of him by a car and a half and held till 140 when he dropped back and continued to peg the speedo off 160 with 1500 left to go. then when i was getting off he pulled up besides me and gave me a thumbs up

r6 are only the 600's maybe yer mistaken with a R1 plus they arent good from higher mph i know from the line ill get destroyed plus it could have been a inexperienced driver.... win is a win though

it actually ran 9.6 on the quarter at the end, but it was a twin turbo 347 so it had a lot of high end

Good kill....You can bench race and magazine race all day long ,but when the rubber hits the road anything can happen.There are to many variables on the street,nerves,tires,driver mod.,etc.............
