Well i Moved in on wednesday and haven't really had a break till today. Well im happy that this whole proccess is over escrow took about 3 and half months which to me now that i look at it was worth the wait because the bank fixed about 15000 worth of repairs and basic upgrades....house warming party probably wont be untill aprill when i get every thing completely settled in.

Nice place for the 'stang. I didn't realize how big a yard you have from you other pics.

Congrats! Now have fun settling in and unpacking. But you'll need a break, so we'll see you at the workparty tomorrow. LOL!

BTW...you look very comfortable with that broom. :top::biggrin:

I'm excited for you !

you might forget this in the future when you think about selling, but my advice would be to hang on to it and lease/rent it out. Keep it as an investment. As a residual income property. Prices will eventually come back up, your payment won't (if you got a fixed rate). Along with climbing prices come climbing rents !!. Plus, you can increase the rents every year within COL (cost of living) standards !

This can be the first of many future properties you can use in your future as residual income for you and your family! remember, every real estate investor started with thier first one !

Eric, I am so stoked for you. I know you have been waiting for what seems like forever waiting for things to be fixed or addressed. But finally, you're in and the roof over your head belongs to YOU. Congratulations on the purchase. If you need anything, borrow tools, advice or ???, gimme a call!

Glad the deal finally went through and you're in your own home!
