I just bought a 93 LX and i was getting nasty vibration from the shifter at 40-60 mph. did some driving troubleshooting and nailed it down to the driveshaft or u joints. got under the car and shook the **** out of the driveshaft and had it down the the u joint in the rear.
talking to my boss, who is a huge fan of fox's, he tells me that a 96-97 Ford Aerostar AWD has an aluminum driveshaft and swaps right into the fox's. Well he was right, i just picked one up at junk yard for $100, replaced the u joints and swapped the ends and its in, and drives great.
just incase anyone wanted to not spend the $400-$600 on one.
