The fox developed a brake fluid leak. i traced it to a brass plug on the bottom of the master cylinder. I am curious what is actually supposed to go in this whole?

As far as i know this is an sn95 master cylinder as i have sn95 brakes

the foxes have a 3 outlet port system, front is rear brakes, back is front right and bottom is front front left. If it has the 3-2 port conversion, that will combine the front left into the front right line, but in mosts conversions it's best to swap out the master cylinder to 93 Cobra, or 94-95 master cylinder.

That seems to be the fox m.c. since it has the 3 line underneath but still works with the sn95 system.

I went to Autozone last week and just bought a 93 Cobra m.c. just to give my 90 Notch a cleaner look with my sn95 setup. I swapped the booster also with a 95 Cobra unit.

Pull the plug and replace it with JB Weld on the threads, that should hold it for a while

thats kind of the plan. i bought this car with good intentions, and it has a lot of mods, but its a whorish pain in the ass. And my other project is 100x cooler and holds sentimental value too.

Just put some teflon tape on the plug to stop the leak. If you JB Weld the thing, you're screwing the next guy. The buyer can just buy a new plug later instead of a new Master Cylinder.
