Each apartment has it's own two car garage underneath it. This is not a community parking type of garage! Each garage comes with an automatic garage door. Once you close the garage door, it is inside stairs to your living room.


Look at this way, these could be considered a three floor apt, first garage, second living room/kitchen, third bedrooms.
