Wow
Guys come on.... I have only been gone for one week. Joe, the reason the meetings are set in stone is because if we move the day around then any new people expecting to find us there on the first friday of the month will find themselves sitting there waiting for nothing. The reason we meet during the week is because most of the cruise nights/events we go to take place on the weekends. I do not want to cancel official meetings for events if I dont have to. However, there is no reason why we cannot meet once in a while on a Sat also (doesnt have to be the first Sat) so that those that cannot make the normal meetings can hang out and voice their opinions on club matters. You guy just need to get together and make a game plan for the summer. Its going to take some work and some commitment from everyone. Lamar may need help with some things. Please help him if you have time. Lets try and get everyone using the forums more They dont have to be a Wicked Stangs Posting Whore like Phil but at least reply or write a couple of post per month so that we know that they are with us and they know what events are happening. Lamar, You will probably have to give everyone a courtesy call a day or two before you all meet. I tried the e-mail thing and it didnt work. Maybe if you get everyone to show up you could have them update thier e-mail address cuz some of them didnt work. I hope every one is doing well. i am doing fine out here. Oh as for the San diego chapter Phil.. I talked to Emilio about that at Fun Ford. He told me that it is the same way out there that it is here. One month three cars will show for the meeting and the next they will have 30. So we are doing nothing wrong we are actually doing very good. See you all soon.
