its in the sun paper and the ****in cops left him there dying and didnt give him any aid before the meds came and they wont let my sister or his fam see the body because its under investication for criminal jose is not a criminal he is a us soilder and he lost control of the bike cause he was going to fast and the cops pulled him over when he lost control and on the news paper add they have the wrong day time and where the accident was he died wed. at 11:20pm and in apple valley at st. mary's i am so ****ing pissed and to have to see my sis hold it all in because of her unborn its so ****in sad why did he have to go it makes me so mad he was such a great guy

Sorry for your loss. And this does happen a lot, CHP cannot do very much though for him other than stop him from squirming around which could have caused more injuries. They're not trained to handle extreme medical emergencies. I wasn't there so I can't comment on what the officers did, but I am sorry for your loss.

thanks everyone for commenting and to those **** faces on the paper i had a few words with them, and today in my read.54 class i kinda cryed and broke down i didnt get any sleep i just feel so freakin weird my sister is talking to the army right now about the funeral god this ****ing sucks!!!!!!!
