Bama sct sf3 tuner

hey guys i have the bama tuner but everytime i tune it to performance or race mode it makes a wierd ticking noise any ideas?
 
More specific details. Mod list, pinpoint noise if poss, need more info.
I like AM but not impressed with Bama Tuning from previous experience.
 
Well i called bama to ask them they said they have had the issue happen and i needed to change my plugs to copper and maybe my fuel filter they think it has something to do with a sound it makes while firing but my mod list c/a intake 373gears and triax shifter the noise comes from passenger side of the car sounds like could be top of the blockcant be sure it only does it when in 1-3 gear moving and around 15-3500 rpms.
