thats F'ed up! It's just one person trying to flex their "muscle." It even mentions it in the article. The boy refused an invitation to play for the defending champs sponsored by some dude who employs an administrator of the league. So when the kids team is on its way to the Win the championship, "oops, you pitch too fast."

That is total and complete crap! someone needs to be sued.
