Nice job, Phil. That was quick work with those Foose.

Yeah, I got a personal experience with that GT500 on my first run. We were close at the starting line..LOL, after the green, I had a nice, clean look at his rear bumper and taillates. He beat me by almost 4 seconds. :D

I sold them for 800$ My new rears are 700$ My best today was a 8.3 orange. It was spinning bad. I thought that the hoosier rubberbands where spinning on the rims so I marked them but it was just breaking loose. It got worse as day went on as well... I am going over to Aarons hopefully tommorow and we are wiring the bottle heater and everthing up the right way. So I will have good bottle pressure all the time. It was spinning in 3rd. Going to sell the hoosiers on c/l for 50$ put that money down on my jacket so I dont get hassled at track about the NOS. I am hoping with the new tires and heater for 7's
Hey orange do I need to do anyhting to new tires to get them to hook? I have heard of people having them scuffed ect to get a new tire to hook

I've had 2 brand new sets of e.t. streets and never did anything except put them on and do a good burnout to get'em hot and they hooked like hell. Nothing special that I ever did.

Thanks 02. I def need that heater wired in now. I am not sure if the track was getting worse as day went on or if I was just loosing bottle pressure but my times didnt get any better. If I can run 8.3 on those rubber bands I will be in 7's with some good tires. I still need to save for my skinnys for front now though. I think I am going to order my line lock on payday now too.

Hey Phil, thanks for that tip on the start, it did work better, I had a lot more pick up for later. But the track did get a little worse toward the end. I was not getting as much grip as I did earlier in the day, I was spinning a lot worse as it got later.
