Battery Dead !?

Hey as you all know I just got back from deployment and after meeting I had a couple of bugs to work out and wanted to share with all of you.

My batt. died a couple of times while I was gone. I noticed that my car didnt seem to run good. When I shut my door my window wouldn't go up that last 1/4 of inch. My odometer was telling me I was empty when I had half tank ect. If you ever have issues like this reload your stock tune. Then go back and add your prefered tune. 91,93, racer ect. This just gave me a chance to go into my car and play with my programer. Tommorow I have to go back in and take my Traction control back off and do some math with my tire size to add that to my tune as well. Hope this helps someone in future was driving me crazy. The dealer didnt know what was wrong either cause the car didnt pop any codes.

did you get a new battery. i got an extra one at my house you can have if you need. i switched to red tops and this one is just taking up space

Thanks alot but car is running fine now. Going to have to play wit programer later before I get to qualcom. I really wish there was a tuner who ran Diablo down here. I did a search on there website and found a few sites but will have to get some advice from all of you to which shop to choose. I havent been down here long enough would hate to have to add a nasty post about a shop on here lol

I have a DC/AC Converter to hook up to it. So we can have a sound system..

There is a TSB on the dead battery thing, Phill. It's a 'known issue,' and it's happened to me a few times, too. There is some fix the dealer does... I think they just stick a battery saver in the thing.

I will be calling you tonight to find about the FIX your talking about. I also just got a recall on my car about my passenger side airbag or seatbelt thing

Yeah LOL the scary thing is My airbags didnt go off. That is a good thing it saved me alot of money butwhat if it was a serious accident would they work then?

yeah i think they detect like where the impact is and if it would be affective or not... how hard id you hit?

ripped the front bumper off and me and Emilio had to pry fenders off front tires to drive. It was around 9000$ worth of damage
