so, we were in the middle of the BBC and around that area with all the stop signs i pulled up next to a nice terminator convertable.we leave at the same time and i jusp on it....he must have been waiting cuz he left a fraction of a second after me. i jumped out about a half car as we pulled through second. we hit third and were side by sedi, until the end of third. he finally started pulling away and the road was merging so i cut out, maybe 60-70mph. lotsa fun...i can say i kinda ran with a terminator in my shiny terd and supprisingly didnt get smoked ...lol

Hmm sounds like the same one that beat me down....LOL Was it the Black one? I came off the stop sign and Yes I missed second.....Then out my passenger window I hear this whistling noise coming from the car next to me! Ok yeah it was a Termy. LOL Got my doors blown off. I fully expected it. I just wanted to see him light it up on his way by me. You can hear and see it well on the video. LOL

Sorry to thread steal. I just figured this was probably the same guy. He had a Blonde with him?

Emilio I had 2 screaming kids and a wife bitching. The stock shifter does not make for a quick shift. LOL

I really did not miss second......the car did not get the gear shifted as fast as I did. LOL

Was this Cobra convertible? If so it might have been my friend Rick< he is sponserd by Agent 47 and his car has a lot done to it. The supercharger whistles like a hurricane. Good luck trying to best him I have been trying for a while now, one day I am gonna go over there and banana his tail pipes HA HA HA>

Yeah he kills me in my Cobra, well not kills per say but definately is always ahead a half a car or 2 cars depending on how shitty I am driving that night. It is one of those cars that you can granny shift, take your sweet ass time and still whip on somebody by a car length or two.
Ohh yeah BJ getting those 3:73's installed with my A/C delete kit and underdrive pulleys, and subframe connectors this friday before racelegal if they decide to kick it off to make up for this last friday. So I may run the GT just to get a good baseline average so before I go too crazy I will have something to compare my progress to. I think now with the heads, headers, intake, and the gears and pulleys, and all I will hit 13's with ease, but we will see. When all is said and done I am looking to slay the 10 second crews.

Hey Jim thanks. Hey man what are you doing to your ride? I just installed the exhaust today, flowmaster, and I did the turn downs right off the muffler it sounds mean as hell. Friday I am getting the X pipe, subframe connectors, my gears in, the A/C delete kit, BBK pulley kit, and if time permits lowering the car a bit. I am still trying to get the pics for your decals man. They dont seem to want to open but I am still trying to get my friend to download them and put them on a disk for me. I will cut those for you and havent forgotten. Let me know how the stang is going.

Let's see... I have done full exhaust (ceramic FRPP headers, x-pipe and JBA axle-backs), FRPP 4.56's, rear suspension work (upper and lower control arms, panhard bar and brace), lowered 1.5 inches (FRPP), Hurst/FRPP shorty shifter, pulleys, Airaid CAI, Predator custom tune, Speed of Sound A-pillar with EQUUS electronic oil pressure and water temp gauges, UMR strut tower brace and a bunch of dress-up stuff. Billet grilles, billet fuel door, powdercoated Steeda valve covers, plenum cover, billet strut tower nut covers, that kind of stuff. I will be ordering my wheels today or tomorrow (http://www.stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=1563), but I need to be absolutely certain they will fit my S197 before I squeeze the trigger.

Sorry about the files, man... I did them on a PC, not a Mac. That's probably the issue. Would you like a tiff or jpeg instead? I know you haven't forgotten me, btw... we're all busy as hell. Whenever is good for me.

That sounds mean, cant wait to see pics when all is said and done. JPEG would work for me. That is a good universal file. I can work with that. It will be nice to see your car with my decals on it. Like a proud uncle or something lol.. Well good luck on the mods.
