hey guys, like some of you know i have a 99v6 i just bought, bone stock with a little over 90k miles on it. still runs awesome! i want to start modding it so i can run with the v8 guys but dont know where to start. i might buy a nitrous kit from a guy on here but what else is good. i was in pepboys the other day and bought a hose kit, and gauge pod for my car but i need gauges for it still. they didnt have a whole lot ofperformance stuff for stangs in there and i want to know a good place to look for parts. i cant wait to mod this thing, it already does like 130, i cant imagine how fast it will go once its souped up! thanks guys!

alright, sry i didnt even read the whole post!!! but i had to reply right away!!! first problem i see is your shoping at pepboys!!! dude they are nuthin more than an overpriced autozone for ricers. they wouldnt have much of anything for you to work with.... for the love of god man dont shop at pepboys!!! but as far as your car goes id suggest doing a v8 swap. im sure youve heard it a million times before but its really the winner!!! but if you really want to keep your 6 er probably go with a blower and beef up your fuel system!!! but those arent really begginner mods. so maybe exhaust cai, and gears. all fairly cheap and youll get noticable differances in power. then maybe start in on the more complex things like suspention, and all that!!!
