Well, ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Phil's car is a hell of a lot lighter than my truck. So, the only thing I CAN do is use the old NOS tune with a 75 shot and put a cheap pair of drag radials on it and change the gears to 4:10s from the stock 3:55s.

As I have said before, I have no "tricks". I will need every increase I can get. I have already publicly said YOU will win as you have the definite HP edge over me. Not to mention your car is a million pounds lighter than my truck. We KNOW for a fact that you have at least 305-310HP WITHOUT Nitrous and that you have stated you hope to be running 150-175 horse nitrous shots by race time. Even at the conservative number of 150, that puts you at 450-460 HP over my truck's 352 RWHP.
So not only do you have me beat by 100 HP, you are underweight by approximately 1500 lbs.
And you call what I'm doing "tricks"?

I thought it was sopposed to be us out ther and camaros. Well I guess some other guys ill be out there as well. I dont think its going to be that slow. You should put the gears in your car and run your car. It will be fast and consistant with a Automatic

8.8 is what they told me.
Well that is the same as the car. You could add them to either one if you wanted. I guess if you plan on running the truck though I would add them in there

just remember phil, if gt400 wanted, he could buy a pulley for about 12 bucks and top any hp you make with a bottle if he was willing to risk his motor like you do yours. i dont need to say that im a strong advocate against nitrous. forced induction ftmfw. nitrous, for the lame ass win, or ftl.

if i was you, i would get some injectors, a pump and throw a tiny ass blower pulley on and break phils heart. if you dont, im going to. lol, actually i prolly dont need the pulley,im sure with my slicks i pack enough. god i love talking trash to phil. its tough love phil, tough love.

hes catching up to me with his bottle. hes fast enough to the point where im gonna have to start launching higher than 2k rpms.lol. gt my car only makes like 370-380 rwhp. and like 390-400ftlbs. my best yet at the q is only an 8.1 but that was launching at 2k and still spinning. my 3rd gear synchro is bad so i wont be racing for a while. when i do i am putting in my drive shaft loop, going to barona and launching at like 4500 at least once. maybe you could bring your lightning and a trailer that day.lol.
Maybe the both of you can line up and kiss my ASS LOL your 8.1 I believe was on a Drag radial or a slick right.. I am doing low 8's on Street tires.. ( 8.1 ) I will make sure to save you a spot MAV next to me at our Mustang VS. Camaro race.. I wont have slicks there wither just a drag radial. My launch was a 2200 launch as well... Sucks to be beatn by a CAI, tune, with a small shot of NOS when they guy is on street tires. Makes you want to go put your K.B. equipped stang in the garage and bring out the bike. I dont want you to go and sell it early on that Vett either Mav. ( JUST GIVING U GUYS CRAP)
