Make an offer!

In case he decides to opt out, this is an SCT X-Calibrator II. I originally paid $375 for it. I bought it because I had a C&L CAI. After I went to Whipple, I sold the CAI but not the SCT. So it is being offered here. Yes, it has an USB cord for PC connection. It is in as new condition as the day I bought it.

It contains three tunes for the C&L but for an automatic car. You will need to get your own tunes and clear this out if you can't use them. It is NOT locked to my or any other car.

I will let it sell here until noon this coming Friday (June 27th) at which time I will put it on Craigslist where I'm sure it will be snatched up quickly.

Phil, make your offer count!
Ponder it wisely grasshopper. Think deeply on your offer before you make it.
And by all means, do as any wise man would do....CONSULT THE WIFE!!!!

I mean that with all respect. I do it all the time (well, most of the time). :)

^^^^Exactamundo!

Actually, there is a limit to my greed. The item is worth every penny of it's original cost of $375. It was used to upload a tune for my CAI. Then, a year later, it was used to remove that tune and return the car to stock so Whipple could upload the FRPP/WHIPPLE tune and it hasn't been used except for those two occasions or since. So, it has had minimal use. That's why it's in perfect like-new condition.

On the other hand, I understand how people sometimes are. If they didn't pick it off the shelf at the hot rod store with their own hand or order it new on the internet then it's "USED" and couldn't possibly be worth Full Price. I understand that but I also understand supply and demand.

I will be asking very close to the original price when I list it on Craigslist. I will however accept somewhat less from WS members. Blackstallion06 and I have talked on the phone and he's aware of my minimum price and he knows the item will go up for grabs this weekend. I'm quite confident it will sell this for more than any offers made so far here. And although I'm willing to accept a lower price from club members, I didn't mean THAT low.

I am looking for $300 minimum.

Considering the condition, the price of a new one, there are tunes already in this one which can be given to the right user even if YOU don't want them, the fact that it's in it's original pristine packaging with user manual, USB cable and it's cosmetically flawless, $300 is not an unreasonable price considering what a SERIOUS tuner can do with it.

If you think this is too much for an SCT XCAL II, then you don't know what it is and what it can do!

no it didnt let me acess the computer. It couldnt pull the stock tune off of it. So I was told it would have to be pulled off by a tune shop

I understand taking a loss and how much that can piss people off. I refuse to do so to THAT extent. If it won't sell, I'll keep it. I don't HAVE to sell it.
