Blinker/ tail light problems

so my right blinker started to blink really fast, i get out of the car to check and sure enough the one all the way on the right was not blinking only the one in the middle was blinking so i figured a bulb was blown, i went to the store to pick up a replacement. when i took off the tail light assembly i noticed the bulbs were not blown but replaced them anyways. now both of them dont blink or light up brighter when i step on the brakes, they do however come on when i turn on the lights. any one know what the problem could be?

short it sounds like check all the wires make sure there is no water in them to

i checked all the fuses and they were all fine, whats the flasher unit? and would that also fix the problem when i press the brake the lights on the right side dont get brighter

it shoud be in the fuse box under the dash lok in your owers manual.

andit shoul fix that issue.

This is all controlled by the SJB, Smart Junction Box under the kick panel on passenger side. This info MIGHT help. If not, go to the dealer. A real pain in the ass!!! I'm reading that it's a common problem!

Starter dk. green + ignition harness

These wire are also found in each kick, in the door harness. The first wire listed is the driver switch wire and the second is the passenger switch wire.
Power Unlock dk. blue/lt. grn or yellow/red - SJB, blk 26 pin plug, pin 1 or 5

Door Trigger use dome supervision wire
Notes: The individual door trigger wires are Normally Close type. They rest at ground with the door closed and go to an open circuit with the door open. The driver door is lt. green/black at the SJB, black 26 pin plug, pin 2. The passenger door is yellow/lt. green at the SJB, black 26 pin plug, pin 6.

The SJB (Smart Junction Box) is in the passenger kick panel.
Dome Supervision lt. green/yellow - SJB, gry 26 pin plug, pin 25
Notes: The SJB (Smart Junction Box) is in the passenger kick panel.

Also found in the passenger side A pillar.
Trunk/Hatch Pin white/yellow + lt. or SJB, blk 26 pin plug, pin 15

Hood Pin purple/orange - pin or SJB, blk 52 pin plug, pin 15
Notes: The hood pin wire rests at ground and goes to an open circuit with the hood open.

Trunk/Hatch Release white/purple - PKP or SJB, blk 52 pin plug, pin 13

The trunk release motor wire is pink/orange (+) in the passenger kick, harness to rear.

Factory Alarm Arm lt. blue/pink - DKP or SJB, blk 26 pin plug, pin 18

Factory Alarm Disarm lt. blue/black - DKP or SJB, blk 26 pin plug, pin 9

ooo thanks for the info, i am going to try and tackle it tomorrow after school, i would rather fix this myself than going to the dealer, i will let you guys know how it goes
