if anyone wants to go to the madhouse comedy club, I need a solid head count ASAP because we need to RSVP ahead of time.

If we don't end up having the meeting there I'll have to miss it as I planned this evening out with Claudia many weeks ago.

I was thinking of that 7pm show also. Enough time for peeps to get off work, and early enough for those with kids to get back to the familes

I'm down if everyone is good with the 7pm show. This give me time for my 10:30pm event at SDSU, too.

I can not make a 7 PM show.......I have practice until then. I will catch up with what was put out from the pres.

Need help with the cruise and dyno shootout.....

Needs:
-Drivers to lead groups through the route.....knowledgeably(Dont volunteer then back out)
-People to help at JBA or wherever we end it at...
-People to help at MAC or wherever we start at....
-Awards(ASAP)
Plaques 1st through 3rd N/A Class
Plaques 1st through 3rd Power Adder Class
Best GM Ride Trophy
Best Ford Ride Trophy
Best in Show Trophy
-Help with making up goddie bags(Weekend before the event)
-Someone to set up a route driving day for the group leaders......that way we dont look like idiots that are clueless at our own event.(Weekend before the event)
-Once route is finalized, someone print out 100 detailed maps with directions from start to finish on them(After the route is driven and all changes are made)

I think that is all.....This si a short planning event. Please step up and help if you can.....


This event is most likely going to be on a Saturday so I wont be able to help out as a group leader, or at the start location. Once the morning football game is over, I will be catching up with everyone.

Hey since most of the members have Fords, shouldn't the other trophy be a "non-Ford" trophy? Making it a GM trophy would narrow the field to only a few. $0.02

There will be quite a few GM's in attendance if the past 2 years are any indications.....probably about 30% of the total....

So, what's the verdict for tonight? I'll be getting off work at 4. Where are we going to be? Are we going to meet for the Comedy show or what? I'm down for the comedy show.

well Claudia, Danny and I had a blast! These guys were hilarious from beginning to end. Best of all, the tickets were free!
