any ideas guys... right at about 4000 to 4500rpm the car starts cutting out all the way to 5500... you can feel it and see it in the tach... so I checked the TFI module.. everything was in spec... check the coil cold and it was at about 8,000 ohms.. and i have a almost brand new walbro 255 lph fuel pump that i just put in.. it was also having this problem with the walbro 190lph pump that was in before i replaced it with the 255...

the only codes that pull from the car are 67, 29 and 95...

95 is a open at the PCM to ground circuit... which i dont under stand... if the ground was open the car wouldnt run???
