fast shipping, but gave me a used pullies( pullies had tool markings on them), and they didnt give me directions, sooo i guess i am 50/50 on them.

I would have called them or sent them back. Would have asked for discout at least. Pullys are pretty simple. I didnt have directions with my first set of BBK underdrive pullys for my Fox. the ones for my 06 just had 3 sentences for directions. LOL

well i got new ones from them, i had to buy a new set, but they gave me directions and a discount of about 25.00....now for my next store: kragen, damn u for your horrible service, all i wanted was a serpentine belt n you guys had to let your friends cut me, so what did i do, i wrote a letter to kragen co, eat that you bastards

i was in line waiting there for a good 10 15 minutes cause the line was long, well im next and in comes this old latin chick, maybe in her 50's, well she doesnt even go in line, and the she starts talkn to the employees, im like what the ****, and then the employee looks over at me and ses oh, shes been here for awhile, im like no she wasnt, i look over at the customer behind me, and we both shake our heads. where has the customer service gone.

thats what i hate, when i worked retail, i always made sure the customer was satisfied, now a days, your right, all they want is money....bastards

freak that crap, im ghetto as hell i would have caused and someone probably would have gotten beaten up, haha, i would have caused a scene, especially if a fat ass gurl cut in line, i would have fun with her,
