I need to find someone who knows how to fix the firewall of a fireplace and someone that can re-do hardwood floors. Not urgent but I am looking. The landlord here will not fix anything so it is up to me, basically, as the BF is not the HandyManFixit guy type and I'm pretty sure the landlord is not suddenly going to become generous. LOL
